GoBuyChem will settle all invoices based on payment terms of 30 days end of month from CMR collection date.

The current Policy of GoBuyChem states that the Buyer will not be charged a fee for any purchase. This may be subject to change at a later date.

GoBuyChem will charge the Seller a flat fee of 125 euro per transaction or 0.5% of the FCA / Ex works sales turnover. GoBuyChem reserves the right to change this policy at a later date. Example 1 : if the Seller sells 2 x 24mt trucks of Acetone at 1,000 euro/mt then the total charge would be 48,000 x 0.5% = 240 euro or 125 euro, whichever is the higher. Example 2 : If the Seller sells 3 x 1,000kg IBC at 1,000 euro/mt then the fee charges to the Seller would be 3,000 euro x 0.5% = 15 euro or 125 euro, whichever is the higher.

1. Sellers must be REACH compliant.
2. Sellers agree to sell goods on a EC-Cleared basis.

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the website and continues for as long as you use the web site. GoBuyChem reserves the right to change this agreement at any time by posting changes on-line. You are responsible for reviewing regularly all information posted on-line concerning usage policies in order to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

By registering for an account as a buyer your agree to our standard terms and conditions for sales. By registering as a seller you agree to our standard terms and conditions for purchase.
